1. YOU AND SIGHT
If you look over there, you might see a shadow.

If you should look another way, you might see a
smile.

In life, it is all about where you wish to look!

2. GREATNESS AND THEN WHAT
Empires are nothing but flames of a burning
candle.

Look how often, through the many pages of
history, that flame flickered, then suddenly
went out.

Only to be relit in a new place of darkness!

3. NOTHING
When we give up instead of add up.

When we sleep and cannot dream!

4. WISHES
Adventures of possibilities each of us should
take!

5. BELIEF
The only reason we are, is beyond reason!

6. WISDOM
Contentment does not come from the journey,
it comes from a reason that made you rest!

7. DIFFERENCE
Weather is like humanity, forever changing.

Storms, icy cold, burning heat, slippery
roads, breezes of comfort – Anger, rage,
wrong words, whispers, the similarities
are many.

Nature and humanity have a lot in common!

8. FUTURE OF IDEAS
The writer thinks, but only what the writer
writes, or has told to others, only that can
be recorded by time.

Thoughts without the daylight possibilities
of being passed on to others, is nothing but
molecules of air, invisible to that human
eye of history!

9. CONSIDER THIS
If you think only of God, yet exclude family,
friends, peers, and even strangers from your
thoughts, you are not thinking wisely.

For in every religion, there is the belief that
you should think of others!

WORRY OF STRANGERS

Eyes tense, smile missing,
fingers gripping tightly
to flesh.

Shoulders are hunched,
steps strong,
arms
holding tightly
an
invisible
banner warning all:

Don’t mess with
me,
don’t catch
my attention.

Generous me,
I just pass
you by.
