1. OF THE MANY
I believe that of all the marvelous arts,
classical music is such a very special art,
because it enters the soul with something
that cherishes interest with an inner ideal
of kindness!

2. STANDARDS
Throughout my life, I have heard others tell
me, or even worse, accuse me, of having
standards that are too high.

The funny thing about all of this, is that from
my viewpoint of life, the standards of some of
these “others,” were much too low.

All I did was follow the simple rules that educated
me in the 1940’s & 1950’s: “DO YOUR BEST.”

So I always, throughout my life, knew that no
matter what I did, I could always do it better. All
I did, was simply do that!

3. YOU
If you are unwilling to challenge yourself, the only
success you will have is failure. Life is always the
dare, and failure is always when you are afraid.

Challenge yourself, be brave: Success is yours!

4. WHY THE NEED FOR MOVEMENT
Love is not a like a rock in Central Park, found
in a position so that it can never fall.

No, love is that single stone stuck on a mountain
side, so when the sudden shock of romance makes
the mountain tremble, that single stone rolls down
that mountainside until its passage stops.

Stopped, when that rock of love finds another!

5. I HAVE
I have seen my tomorrow and it smiles.

I have faced my fears, they are constantly
shrinking.

I hold my love, it is heavy with aspirations.

I have thought of others, I am enlightened.

I have endured the clay that I am, it has
made me knowing!

6. YOU ARE THE TAPPER
Only you have the power to make time flow, like
the sap from a maple tree.

If you tap it wisely, it will always flow slowly and,
you will understand how beautiful is the taste of
that which you tapped!

How loud

is

silence

of

our happiness,

when an

inner

glow

laughs in

contentment?
