1. IN THAT MIST OF TIME
Darkness must be sure of its arrival.

Hesitant, should the light be late.

It is true that in the brightest sunshine,
some of us see only midnight hours,
suffer from gloom.

Be wise, search for the light!

2. HOW TO FAIL HOPE
When we tell ourselves that we can’t, when the
simple truth is we won’t!

3. HAVING THE RIGHT WISH
When young, we all had our dreams.

When old, insure that we always can summon
that magic, the imaginative mind!

4. THE PEACE WITHIN
The conqueror of life is always the one who
is content with what has passed and what is
expected!

5. HONOR
What you do about fate, and what fate
does about what you do!

6. A BUDDHIST APPROACH
Though knowing of failure, you can never
imagine it as you search for meaning.

Though knowing of success, you quickly remind
others of how small success is, compared to your
search for the importance of the life you live!

7. BELIEVE
That the mind is heaven.

That the eye is God!

8. APATHY
That time when you tell yourself you
have no time to give to thought.

Indifferent to wonderment, one must
suffer their time!

9. KNOWING AND NOT QUESTIONING
Each of us are Gods of our own universe.

Where a universe other than ours exists,
let them ask their own questions, for they
will have, or be, their very own Gods!

10. EVEN THERE IT CAN BE FOUND
Ignorance might lurk in the hallways of fear,
but there too, knowledge can be found if you
can overcome your dread of what is unknown!
