NAPKIN WORDS #49 2010

1. PAGES OF IMPORTANCE
If the writer can ponder the fate of others
with a kindness, the story writ will tell of
life without the barbs that history so often
places upon the page!

2. THE
The singular molecule released by a gasp,
a breath, of the past today, carries history,
makes its time, so you, I, the we of life,
ties us, binds us, leaves us wise!

3. SIGHT
That tomorrow you are looking for, can
only happen today.

See it while it‘s there.

Never wait!

4. FATE
That which happens.

The reason for wishes, that really great
movie which we call dreams!

5. IT IS ONE OR THE OTHER
Each tear is either because of love, or because
of loathing. Always, it displays a passion!

6. ACHIEVEMENT
What you can always do for another is a
simple act of kindness.

What that kindness often accomplishes, is the
creation of a new friend!

7. UNDERSTANDING
That which is reach for some, is absolutely
a stretch for others.

The kind thing is that you who reach, go out
of your way to help those who must stretch!

8. IN THAT ABSENCE OF GLUTTONY
It would be wise to remember that the hunger
of humanity is never the starvation of fate!

9. INABILITY
To be unable to cry.

That is a sadness truly unbearable!

10. DISCOVERY
Dreams are the first servings of desires!

11. THEORY
It certainly is true that time owns life.

What is so important, is that only you
control your lifetime!

I AM A WITNESS
I am a witness to joyous happiness,
so much elation, so often
different.

For all shared life’s unique, singular
quality, pleasing their young.

Sending balloons high against all our
sadness. To smile, soar, into laughter
of wonder.

Asian parents proud of child, as are
African, Middle Eastern, North and
and South American too.

What of an eagle teaching its young
the way to hunt? Or a lion, a blue whale,
a Polynesian group?

I am a witness. Having shared terra
firma, I have seen that love is mighty,
power is weak. A calling that attracts
types who win yet lose. Rising to great
heights, they must suddenly learn how
hard the fall.

I am a witness, telling of truths which
I have seen.
